Scott has about 38 years of experience to share from working in the legal and insurance industry. Scott has the experience of a barrister, mediator and arbitrator who can offer the unique, three-fold perspective of the professional advisor/advocate, the intermediary, and the adjudicator.

Emily brings the spark and energy of youth to the ADR profession. From her experience, she has hands-on understanding of what matters to young lawyers and claims handlers.
